My original ‘About Me’ said:
I’m a 39 year old freelance web designer, living in the Kent countryside since being forced to leave East London to come and live with sheep, cows and dead bunnies.
Assuming I will actually keep this blog going, it will consist of my time studying with the Open University, as I’m about to embark on the A215 Creative Writing course, having recently finished the A174 Start Writing Fiction course, which was great.
Along with A215 stuff, I will be writing book reviews and probably rambling on about various crap.
This is slightly out of date. I’m 41 now, for a start. I also haven’t done much web design lately. I left the Kent countryside a little under two years ago and am now living in a Kent town (although the countryside is only round the corner) and I’m not about to embark on the A215 course; rather, I finished that aaaaaaaaaaaaaaages ago and enrolled onto the OU’s A363 (Advanced Creative Writing) which I completed a few months ago.
Very soon, 19 September 2011, to be exact, I’ll be starting a full-time degree in Creative and Professional Writing. I hope to blog about being a ‘mature’ student here.

Hi there
Gotta say I’m a big fan of your blog. I’ve begun A215 this year and have also started a blog. If you wanted to take a look, I’d be honoured.

Hi there –
love your blog, and your work. I’ve been studying with OU for over 5 years (psychology) but am starting A174 in Feb next year for my own enjoyment. I’ll follow it with A215 later on next year, so looking forward to reading your blog every day for inspiration until then!
