Yesterday was National Flash Fiction Day and one of the events happening to celebrate it was the Flash Flood Journal, where writers were invited to submit their flash fiction and, if they were accepted, they’d be put on a website throughout all 24 hours of the day along with many others.
I sent off one of my flash stories ‘Fog’ which they published on the website during 8am and 9am (I was still asleep then but found it on the website when I finally emerged).
